I believe it's because it keeps you in a good place and that it keeps you in the clouds. People say you need to be down to earth but most of the people who are so down to earth are the people who are mow depressed and on drugs. Art is a way of expressing yourself through passion and it helps people connect. My entire family is artsy I love to draw and sing my brothers play guitar and drums my dad plays guitar and my mom plays piano were a big happy family I don't know if that has to do with art but that's my point of view

∙ 14y agoI don't know but I think that it is to show the principles of your religion to the illiterate among people. A bit like why churches were built to be so elaberate - to show the greatness of God to those who could not read or write.

∙ 12y agoAs per me architecture is important because almost all religions have a god or gods. To please the gods they build beautiful building. These buildings are called temples. Maybe the other reason is that, as the time passes the people forget god. So the people of old time had built these buildings so that they people of today visit it as nowadays people love to visit places. One reason is that when we visit a temple our mind refreshes as there is a lot of silence there. Well I think this might be the answer.
