This is a false leading question as it is based upon a wrong presupposition which is patently false.

Many of the early Christians were among those groups mentioned in the question, for example we know of:

1.James the brother of Jesus was the James who became a major leader in the early church and wrote the letter which bears his name.

2.Mary certainly believed in Jesus' divinity from the beginning.

3. Many others knew Jesus well and believed in Him.

Jesus Himself mentions the unbelief of those who had seen many of His miracles, as well as the religious leaders. This can be attributed to hardness of heart, stubbornness and pride. These were the same kind of people who also killed many of God's prophets in the past.

Jesus also mentioned that 'a prophet is not without honor, except in his own country.' This may well be an example of a typical human trait of people not wanting someone they know to be exalted greater than they are.

Unbelief is also a powerful demonstration of the fact that God forces belief on no-one against their will. Many believed on Jesus and many also did not believe.

Jesus' neighbors did not believe him, and so jesus did not perform any mighty works.

Matthew 13: 54,58, "When he was come into his own country," and to his own home, "He did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief"

Jesus' friends thought he was crazy.

Mark 3: 2, "And when his friends heard of it [his work], they went out to lay hold on him; for they said, He is beside himself"

John 7:2-5, Jesus' brothers not only do not believe in his divinity, they drove him away.

There are various possible reasons why Jesus may have faced skepticism from those close to him. Some people may have had preconceived notions about who he was based on his background or association. Others may have struggled to understand or accept his teachings and actions. Ultimately, beliefs and faith can be complex and personal, and not everyone may have been ready or able to see Jesus as divine during his lifetime.
