I believe Spirituality is a soul connection that connects like minded people together who are following a divine journey. And not some caste or creed or some community that create walls between people.
In my Spiritual life I felt a Strong connection with Mother Earth that heals me with kindness. As it's also a strong belief with energetic divinely connection.

No, spirituality is not religion, spirituality is the science of the Spirit. It is asking questions and investigating till we realize that we are not this body that will die, that will return to dust. We are not even the mind - where is the mind, you cannot find. We are the Divine Spirit, we are the Soul. People think we have a Soul, but we don't realize we are the Soul. Today, even science agrees, that matter is nothing but energy. In a scientific discovery called the Wave Particle Duality, scientists state that every cell of the human being is ultimately nothing but energy. What is this energy? It is Divine spiritual energy, but spirituality is not religion. Religion just makes us believe in God. It teaches us the ABC of God. Each religion says their God is right and their belief is right and their scripture is right, but spirituality is above religion; it makes you realize the Truth of the Spirit.
