Gecko
The lizard with sticky feet is called a gecko. Geckos have specialized toe pads that enable them to climb and stick to surfaces such as walls and ceilings.
I might be mistaken in what I think toe pads are. If you mean padded feet with setae that are used to grip and stick to surfaces upside down and vertically, Geckos are most know for all of the species having toe pads. A few species of other reptiles in the skink and lizard family have also independently evolved this trait, but it's rare and you'd have to research which ones have it.
A skink (not sure if that's how to spell it)
A gecko is a small terrestrial lizard that is commonly found in warm regions around the world. Geckos have unique adaptations such as sticky toe pads that enable them to climb walls and ceilings with ease.

It is the Gila Monster. But there is still another venomous lizard in which case it is named as the Bearded Dragon. :D

Yes you can. Preventing bruised toenails is a way in which toe pads or spacers are for. Not all people prefer these though because it may be harder for them to balance on their toes. The pads only supports blisters and rubbing of pointe shoes.
A lizard's foot serves multiple functions, primarily for locomotion, climbing, and grasping. The specialized structure of their feet, which often includes adhesive toe pads or claws, enables them to navigate various terrains, from trees to rocky surfaces. Additionally, lizard feet allow them to capture prey and evade predators by providing agility and stability. Overall, their foot adaptations are crucial for survival in diverse environments.
Most people use paper towels instead of toe pads but other than that, you can use dish washing paper, without soap (blue and white patterned) soft fabric/paper material
