Nope. they are incredibly wild, and very vicious. Bearded Dragons are awesome, though.
Not sure how old this question is but the answer is yes they are if you rear them from a baby they make amazing pets they are very docile depending on the keeper and how he rears and interacts with them same most pets if you socialize with them they will allow you to handle them if not they they wont want to be handled its all about gaining trust.
