In Trinidad, some of the most venomous creatures include the fer-de-lance snake (Bothrops asper), known for its potent venom and aggressive nature. The Trinidad and Tobago centipede (Scolopendra subspinipes) also poses a threat with its painful bite. Additionally, the Coral snake (Micrurus spp.) is highly venomous, though it is less aggressive and rarely encountered. While these creatures are dangerous, encounters with them are relatively rare.
