It's possible - because a small group of irresponsible owners have released their unwanted snakes into the wild - instead of re-homing them ! If you can't cope with an animal - you find a new home for it - you don't just let it loose!

Cotton cultivation spread throughout the region.
Thousands of them are now in the Florida Everglades because people are letting them go when they get too big or they just don't want them. They are eating the native animals in the Everglades and may soon spread to other areas as the population grows and they go in search of food. Their natural habitat is in Asia.

I'm not sure but I believe Buddhism developed as a major religion in China when the Han Dynasty fell in 220. Chaos was spread all throughout China, and Buddhism proved to be popular in Southern China where it stressed learning and philosophy. In north china Buddhist monks became advisers to barbarian tribe rulers. The separation of northern and southern china caused Buddhism to spread throughout northern and southern schools. I hope this proves to be helpful :)
They actually do. Pythons, like that of the Burmese python or African Rock Python, have been set loose into the Florida everglades and spread into Alabama and Louisiana as a result of pet owners. Unfortunately, pythons are not native to the Everglades nor the swamps but because the climate there is perfect for snakes, they were and are able to not only survive but thrive. With plenty of food available and shelter to crawl into they are able to propagate their species and grow to quite a large size, thus making it capable of hunting down and eating (or at least trying to) an alligator and other animals native to the swamps of Southeastern USA. Nat Geo has a real good program on this and is worth watching. They predict that the snake could spread across the country to CA and they have all ready spread to the outer islands off the FL coast by following the roads.
how does infections spread in hospitals
They are not native to the area and now have grown into a population of an estimated 10,000+ . Another factor is that they are breeding with another Python species that is the African Rock Python. This species is known to be aggressive and with the two breeding they are producing a new type of Python. The snakes are eating everything in the Everglades and the Everglades has proven to be a good environment for them. They are spreading too and have been found on islands in the Florida Keys and some biologist think that they could spread from coast to coast at some point. They are VERY invasive and there is an effort to rid the Everglades of them, but right now biologists are loosing the battle.
