It's possible ! About ten years ago, I didn't close the doors properly on one of my Burmese python vivariums. I went to bed as normal, and the next morning when I woke up I could feel something heavy on my legs. On moving the bed-covers, the python (about 8 feet long, and roughly 40 pounds in weight) was laid across my lower legs and feet (maybe he liked the smell !)
