I highly doubt that it would be approved. You'd most certainly need a license. I do know, however, that to keep a python one handler is sufficient for 6 feet of snake, and an additional handler is needed for every extra 3 feet of snake. When a snake needs three handlers, it needs its own room.

no they can be tame but dont trust them to mutch and keep pets away from the anaconda.
Because they are really powerful constrictors, grow to an extravagant size and you can die if it constricts you. They are very wild and it would be a high risk to keep them as pets!
Not all people are responsible with exotic pets. Python pets have already been released into Florida and are now an established species. What this will do to the ecosystem is unknown. If anacondas were released, they would become yet another non-native snake species living in Florida.
