The marine iguanas came from North Seymour before arriving to the Galapagos.
in the forest the come out in the dark so they are kept in dark cages
As in, in the same cage? No. One would likely kill the other. Can they live in the same house together, but in separate cages? Certainly.
no. iguanas live in the tropicis and in the tropics there is no winter. if ur iguana has not responded to u i recommend a vet....desert iguanas do hibernate in the winter.
Iguanas are basically vegetarian. So any fruits or vegetables, flowers, clippings from the garden can work too. They also eat bugs from time to time, but they do not eat fish as far as I know.
Maybe in pet shops and zoos they come from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean
Yes, but they now and then come out on a warm day to feed
Some different configurations for reptile cages include those for snakes, lizards which come with latches and multiple compartments. These cages are available at "Companion Habitats".
Iguanas are picky.
Domestic iguanas do.
Iguanas eat dark, leafy, green veggies. Mostly animals bigger than iguanas will eat them.
yes iguanas are herbivores
