Assuming the scorpion and snake are of average size for their type. I would say the snake is going to win. I say this because a scorpions venom couldn't kill the snake. If it hit the snake right between the eyes, then maybe. But the likelyhood of that happening is slim to none. The snake would win, because even if it wasnt venomous, all it would take is one very good bite to break the scorpions exoskeleton.
The earwig is related to a scorpion and so is the snake. Earwigs are very close to scorpions as they can also sting.
