Snakes can't hear sound, so it's not likely that a snake will recognize your voice.
If you returned a pet corn snake to it's natural habitat - yes - it would survive.

Corn snakes make the perfect pet

Yes there have been cases of pet corn's escaping their homes and making it outside. Months and even years later the owner will find the snake and it's healthy and strong so it was surviving nicely
According to several sources, it is relatively easy to keep a corn snake as a pet. They are docile, easy to care for snakes. Owners must make sure that they have a simple enclosure which is inescapable, and be willing to feed the snake mice, as it is a carnivorous snake.
A corn or rat snake would be good. I'd go with corn snake. They're esey to take care of, as far as snakes go, and you can likely find one in your local pet store.
Perhaps it's not hungry - or it's shedding - or the temperature of the vivarium is wrong.
maybe in the wild but if your pet corns are showing aggression to each other you should separate them immediately make sure you have a spare space for the other
Most pet storres carry them. I would recommend going to a Petco, PetSmart, or That Pet Place in Lancaster, PA. That Pet Place carrys almost everything!
depends on size of snake. take to pet store they will tell you.
