Yes they can! But make sure there is only a 3 inch difference length wise (from head to tail of the shell) between your smallest turtle and your largest turtle. Because if there is too much difference; the bigger one could pick on it or even kill it. But other than that; you are good to go. Just watch for awhile to make sure they wont fight! Good luck!!!
They should all be male, or all female. If not they might fight over a mate...
YOU WILL NEED A HUGE CAGE! Not even a glass tank anymore. We're talking outdoor pond (for adults). They are large, active reptiles as adults and in my opinion keeping that many in a glass tank is cruel.
they can eat slugs worms live fish and dead fish bugs .

I was told that if the fish were not bigger than the turtle, the turtle will kill it and try to eat it. I was also told if you dont change the water enough, chemicals that the turtle puts out of it's skin naturally will kill the fish.

In finding nemo. they were clown fish and they made jokes.
Clown fish are brightly coloured, and depending on the species, not just orange and white, some are yellow and white. It is thought that the bright colours entice small fish near enough for the anemone to sting and eat. The Clown fish benefits from scraps left over, and the stinging tentacles wards off the Clown fish predators.
