No. There is no way they can break the skin, all though their tongues may take a little skin off, but no bleeding or pain.
I would just like to comment that there teeth are sharp and can break skin which will bleed and is painful. I know this for a fact as i have been bitten by my dragon. And now have a saw finger
I got bit too and it hurt a little and I got a little bit of blood but you don't really feel it. I know this because I got bit by my Dragon and my friends Dragon. Do not be afraid of being bit. it hurts for a few seconds. (Like pulling out a really loose tooth.)
