Bearded dragons are not remotely interested in grass. They eat vegetable matter and interesting plant parts (not dry grass) as well as small, live animals such as mice, insects and arthropods, and insect larvae.
If, by some chance a bearded dragon does eat grass, it will not cause any difficulties. There are always exceptions to what an animal will eat.
