All lizards have ears! The difference between us and reptiles is that they don't have 'pinna' which is the external flap we hang our glasses off of and usually think of as 'ears'. But the ear is actually inside the head. So the middle and inner ear parts still exist in reptiles, they just lack the flaps!
(Fun fact: Snakes also have ears, but they don't even have the ear holes that that lizards have - their ears are completely cover by skin. The coolest part about this is that you can actually see the the evolution of ears from fish to reptile to mammal!)
