No. Snakes are generally reclusive animals. If they see a human coming, their first instinct will be to hide or flee. It is only if they feel that they are threatened and cannot escape that they will bite. Even then, most snakes are either nonvemous or do not have venom potent enough to kill a human.
There is one exception to this, though it very rarely happens. The very largest snakes are large enough to view humans as prey. In a handful of cases such snakes have eaten people or attmpted to eat them. Credible (though not necessarily confirmed) accounts of this have happened with four species: the green anaconda, the reticulated python, the Burmese python, and the African rock python.
