How can I tell if my lizard is dying?

if it is no longer moving or breathing, a sure fire way to check is to pick it up and try to open its mouth, if it resists, it's alive, but is probably very weak, also, some lizards, during the winter may go into bermation, which is basically hibernation but for lizards, if it's not winter, it's weak, you can help it by giving it reptivite, which you can get at most pet stores

you can tell by it not moving, or if you pick it up and its stiff or if its just ... like . droping and not moving. or he could be very very very sick cuz i had a lizard that got exstremaly sick and he got all dropy and then died befor we could get him to a vet. and im sorry if that's not good enough of an answer. so i hope it helps

There will be no movement..put a finger on its chest and see if you feel anything. Also, after a while it will get sort of stiff.

Pick it up if it is alive it will feel the warmth of your hand and stir if no reaction try moving its leg, if nothing probably dead. Also check if it belly if moving in and out ( breathing )
