sleep longer or try to stay asleep longer
I believe that geckos have a very similar sleeping patterns to cats. Some can sleep at night some can sleep during the day, some seem to always sleep and some seem to never sleep. I find that geckos are use to being handled at certain times, so if you play with your gecko during the day that is when the gecko will be routinely active.
no....
no it doesn't
Some lizards never sleep, such as some geckos, because they have no eye lids. Lizards with eye lids that come out in day sleep at night, and the other way around.
There are both diurnal and nocturnal geckos - day-active and night-active. I´ve come across both. Day geckos mostly sit on walls and rocks basking in the sun and catching insects; night geckos invade the house while you´re sleeping and wake you up with loud mating calls! If you´re looking for a pet gecko, get a day-active one ;)they sleep at day
All geckos, like snakes, have fused eyelids that make them unable to blink. To clean their eyeballs geckos lick them with protrusible notched tongues.
As a rule, yes the spray is likely to harm or even kill geckos if it gets onto them or even if they walk over it or eat insects that get the spray onto themselves. It is better to use a suitable kind of ant bait; it takes longer to work, but it works better and lasts longer. And it does not kill geckos and the like.
