The easiest way to sex a leopard gecko is to check its underside. If it has 2 bulges at the base of the tail and dark spots a little above the base that looks like a triangle without a base than the leopard gecko is a male. If there are no bulges (which are called hemipenial bulges) and you cant see the dark spots (which are called preanal pores), then the leopard gecko is a female. There are also people who say that males are longer and have bigger heads, while females are smaller with smaller heads, but there isnt enough proof to say that that is a true fact.
If the gecko is a female, there will be no lines on the belly between the back legs.
u flip them over and if it looks like they have nipples their a girl and if they don't there a boy
Their should be a bulge under their tail.
Depends on the species, most male geckos have a noticeable bulge, or large pores. It's difficult to tell until they reach maturity.
It is hard to tell the gender of a leopard gecko when young, but after it has reached maturity the male will have two bulges below his vent.
If a Gecko has a dark V shape on it's underbelly it's a boy also if they have 2 bulges above the tail.
