How do you bath your bearded dragon?

Take out a small pool and fill it with water. Buy dog shampoo and scrub him thoroughly, also some dogs may like bubbles in their bath before hand. after you finish scrubbing him rinse him off with water slowly.

You can also put a nylon leash on your dog so it doesn't leap out of the water and splash you. When rinsing your dog, you can use a hose, but you have to run the water slowly so your dog doesn't get scared. Remember, human shampoo is too strong for dogs, so it cannot be used.

When it comes to baths, Lionheads are just like all other pet rabbits. Healthy rabbits don't need baths, and in fact they should be avoided because they can be dangerous. If your rabbit needs a bath, you should treat the cause along with the symptoms (the smelliness or dirtiness) - usually this means a trip to the vet. For a young beardie you can use a sink or bowl of water, make sure the water is warm and is no deeper then your beardies front knees.

For an older beardie use a bath tub (same principles as the young beardie apply)
