the prime component in keeping an Iguana healthy and eating is Sunlight, and heat. They should be kept at roughly 82 degrees during normal daytime hours. Try using an Natural sunlight bulb in the tank. Also provide a bowl of water with a aerator such as one sold to put in a fish tank to stimulate humididty and water movement. Once these conditions are met, they should eat as much as they can eat. Try a mix of collared greens, fruits, kelp, but no meat as their kidneys cannot handle it. Try to balance the food. Be sure to add a calcium supplement and reptile vitamins to any food provided. Your Iguana should thrive. Also, keep a tank larger than you think it will need. They should not be confined in small spaces. I bought a display case from a record store and converted it for my baby Rita. 5 Ft long.
Be sure to not let the food rot, so you should put enough food so some is not eaten in a day and change it out the next.
Green iguana.
a green iguana, monkey tailed skink, etc......
mostly aliens and monsters however can be attacked by marshians.
Rat poison is usually an anticoagulant that is it is a chemical that stops blood from coagulating. So yes it should finish off (kill) an iguana if it eats enough of it.
its size and eats its size and eats
You should NOT have sand it it's cage. When the reptile eats it will get sand in it's mouth and maybe even kill it.
an iguana, snake etc.
no actually it eats it's young and poops it out and eats it again
The lizard you are referring to is likely the Green Iguana (Iguana iguana). Green iguanas are primarily herbivorous, feeding on a diet of fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens. They are known for their long toes, which help them climb and navigate through trees in their natural habitat. These lizards are popular pets but require specific care and a suitable environment to thrive.
It loses its ability to reproduce
probably not......hopefully the iguana didnt have salmonella.....but they rarely do anyway...and that dog will eat even more weird things in its lifetime...my dogs are just obsessed with eating bologna wraps
Oh, dude, that's an easy one. The lizard you're thinking of is the green iguana. They love chomping on fruits and veggies like they're at a salad bar, and those long toes help them climb around like little tree-dwelling acrobats. So yeah, next time you see a lizard munching on a carrot, just know it's probably a trendy iguana living its best veggie life.
