The turtle at the Kaya Forests is keeping you from digging there. Go to the Mountains of the Moon. On the upper right trail you will find the Opuntia Fruit (cactus pear). Bring this to Kaya Forests and use it - the tortoise will get up to eat it and you can dig.
To finish Kaya Forests, you'll need a shovel. (Get the Egyptian Lily at Blue Nile Falls, trade it for a turban at Nabooti, and wear it to get a shovel at Giza.) Return to the Kaya Forests and dig up the elephant relic. Jump up high to get the gold nugget from the palm tree. Trade these in at Nabooti, the gold nugget for a camera and the elephant for a "fingo" talisman. The spirits in the Kaya Forests will give you the green jewel.
if you already moved the turtle then use your shovel to dig where the turtle was
Get the shovel from Giza, Egypt.
Move to the next island. (Nabooti Island)
jump on the house then jump on the palm tree and threre will be a gold nugget.go back to nabooti island and talk to the guy at the end of the stands and trade him the gold nugget for a camra and then go to safari and take a safari with zeak.
go to kaya forests, then feed it to the turtle.
you give it to the turtle in kaya forests then you dig where it was laying
Feed it the cactus fruit you got from Mountains of the Moon.
If you get a shovel and get the turtle to move, you can dig up a carved artifact at the Kaya Forests. The "ebony elephant" is buried directly under the tortoise. (see related question)
Dig up the ebony elephant from where the turtle was sleeping at the Kaya Forests, and swap it for the fingo at Nabooti. Then give it to the ghosts and they will give you the green jewel.
Nabooti is an island on Poptropica.
you use the fig thing the red and pokey one click and the turtle will move tootles
Dig where the turtle sat and you will find an artifact there (the ebony elephant). The Kaya spirits are seeking their lost "fingo". Go back to Nabooti, to the lady who trades ancient artifacts, and trade the elephant for the Fingo. Take the fingo to Kaya and you will receive the Green Jewel.
