The female beardie lays her eggs (anywhere from 10-15 of them) and then the incubation time takes place, the eggs must be kept warm. After that the babies use what we call their pipping tooth (a very shard scale on the top of their head that later becomes the "third eye") to break the egg from the inside. The egg then collapses onto the baby and in time the baby will wiggle free from the egg.
