Assuming you mean the giant green iguana (Iguana iguana), anywhere from $500 to $2000, generally, depending on whether you build it yourself entirely (and on the cost of materials), or whether you buy a commercially available enclosure.

Do not get one of the silly mesh or wire cages--they are absolutely useless for iguanas, and will harm your pet. Iguanas must have an insulated cage that can maintain an air temperature of 80F and a humidity around 80%, in order to remain healthy. (Their basking spot should be over 100F).

With recent improvements in the knowledge of proper caging and humidity (low humidity causes dehydration), and improvements to the knowledge of proper diet and temperatures, green iguanas can now live full lifespans in captivity.
