it all depends on the size of the vivarium
2ft long vivs are usually priced around the £50-£70 mark
3ft long vivs are usually priced around the £80-120 mark
4ft long vivs are usually priced around the £130-£170 mark
but this depends on the condition, and what the vivs come with because most vivs come with equipment, and this can be just as expensive as the vivs as u would need to buy uv heat lamps, temperature gauges, logs ( but only buy these from reptile shops as they have been properly cleaned and decinfected), water & food dishes, reptile sand or beached wood chips( as these are the only 2 substances that should be used for beardies in captivity as the meal worms can get mixed in with the substances, and these 2 substances can easily be digested by your beardy.
so the prices above for just the vivs
but these are the prices for the equipment
uv heat lamps range from £30- £70
temperature gauges range from £5-£20
logs are more expensive than u think and can be as much as £50, but u can get some for around £10-£20 which are fine
reptile sand, is more expensive than beached wood chips, but obviosuly more natural for your beardy, and the price would vary for the different size of viv that u have and would have to ask in a reptile shop, because every reptile shop have different size bags of the substances, so i would suggest asking your local reptile shop
so if add up all these costs you are probably looking at around
£100 for a 2ft viv including all equipment
£150 for a 3ft viv including all equipment
£200 for a 4ft viv including all equipment
£250 for a 5ft viv including all equipment
so if u use these as guides u should b alright
and obviosuly including the price of your beardies as well, so it is not a cheap pet to look after but they are definaltely well worth it, as they can become part of the family, as they are so lovable, especially when they cuddle up next to your neck to go to sleep :)
about $100
About £75
It depends on the size of the cage, although normally the amount of sand should be a few cenimeters thick.
I'm not quite sure how much it costs as the price always varies, especially at different vet clinic, however if your bearded dragons leg is broken, you need to get it fixed, no matter how much it costs!!!!!
depends on the size
Yes,.. bearded dragons can and a select few do have blue eyes! I have a breeding male that very much has blue eyes!
A lot!
No, bearded Dragons eat a lot less in the winter. Because they do not need much food due to hibernation!
Yes, bearded dragons can eat kiwi but only ever so often because kiwi is high in oxalates which binds with calcium. So to answer your question you can feed your bearded dragon kiwi, just not every day.
no...much much smaller
as much as he says so
Definitely a bearded Dragon, they are much more a tame and active in the day. A beardie will cost you more but i can tell you they are amazing pets. :) P.S I have 2 crested Geckos and 5 Bearded Dragons
