How much food should you feed your turtle?

Turtles should be fed daily. Offer them some fresh fruit and vegetables, and whatever else your turtle should eat. They often like to eat very early in the morning. You also have to change their water frequently, as often as it gets dirty since they will climb in and out of it.

turtles can go days with out eating, so its ok just to feed him 4 in morning, 4 in afternoon. this provides a steady, healthy growth

The bigger turtles can eat more than 4 and depending on how small the turtle is, it can eat less. I just feed them as much as they can eat in 5 minutes, and I only feed them in the morning and at night.

make sure that you only feed them how much they can eat in five minutes and take out the remaining food if the lft any as this could lead to having parasite white little worms that hang around on the inside of the tank.....they can give the turtle a big disease that could result in DEATH

but how would you know if it is eating?

he baby turtles are to be given 2 (two) pieces of the turtle food you have for them.

Turtles are reptiles who keep to themselves and barely do anything. Feed then 6-10 pellets. They don't eat much so this will do for the next 2-4 days.
