Hi, m8
No it is not essential but it is quite important if your house is not warm.
If you do not buy a heater and you have a central heated house you will find that the temperature will drop at night and the snail will become less active and then hibernate if your snail dose do this in the spring you will need to pick up your snail and scrape the hard cap of the bottom of the snail and then you will have to wet him with some warm water then he will come out. (when scraping the cap of the bottom of the snail be sure to use your fumand do that genitally).

Normally if it operates you will not replace it, unless you wish to upgrade.
If you mean an electric furnace then normally it is nichrome. a heating element in a heat strip is made of what type of wire
Alice Parker was an African American woman who in 1919 invented a new and improved heating furnace.

high winds are normally caused by the unequal heating of the earths surface.
Yes. However, under floor heating is normally only used to melt the ice/snow on the pitch.
The conductor normally used in heating appliances is usually a nichrome wire. Nichrome is an alloy of nickel and chromium that has high electrical resistance, making it ideal for converting electrical energy into heat efficiently.
Air-drying smears before heating is essential because it allows the cells to adhere firmly to the slide, preventing them from coming off during the heating process. This ensures that the cells are evenly distributed and fixed to the slide, resulting in a clear and accurate staining. Additionally, air-drying helps to remove excess water from the sample, which can interfere with the staining process.
A thermostat for heating or a thermometer for air temperature is typically placed on an inside wall (not outside wall), and away from heating vents or direct sunlight.
This is normally a resistive heating fixed to the inner surface of the glass of the rear screen.
