In Naruto does there exist a ten-tailed?

No, there are only 9 tailed beasts. In the first naruto, Gaara (Shukkaku, one tailed) and Naruto (Kuyybi, nine tailed) are the only ones we see. In shippuuden, though, you see Hidan and Kakuzu with another one.

Yes, there is a ten tailed beast (The Juubi).

The 9 tailed beasts (Bijuu) originally were one being, the ten tails. Long ago, the Sage of Six Paths (Rikudo Sennin) sealed the ten tails inside himself, becoming the first Host (Jinchuuriki). But the ten tails is very strong, and would break free once the sage would have died. So with the last of his powers, using the forbidden Izanagi jutsu, he split the ten tails chakra into nine, and gave each chakra part a new body (now known as the nine tailed beasts) the giant body of the ten tails, he sent inside a Chibaku Tensei inside a giant sphere of earth to the sky, it became the moon.

Now, the Akatsuki (and specifically Madara) attempt to recollect the Bijuu in order to fuse it back into the original Juubi, and make Madara the second Juubi Jinchuuriki, and use a new Ultimate Jutsu, Eternal Tsukiyomi, and control the entire world's population.
