It depends on how far it fell - and onto what kind of surface. You should avoid handling the eggs anyway - unless you're transferring them from the vivarium to an incubator. Disturbing the eggs too much can cause deformities and/or fatalities in the unborn embryos.
Well, your bearded dragon is a hermaphrodite... it is probably pregnant and protecting its young.

you can pick up a beardy at any age, the sooner you begin holding them, the more friendly they will be and the more willing to be picked up they will be,
It's generally best to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour after a bearded dragon has eaten before picking it up. This allows time for digestion and reduces the risk of stress or discomfort for the animal. Handling it too soon after eating can lead to regurgitation or other digestive issues. Always approach your bearded dragon calmly and gently when you do decide to handle it.
Pick it up by it's tail then place a couple of fingers around its heads so it can't bite, gently but tight enough so it can't move its head.
Male bearded dragons have a keen sense of smell and can detect pheromones released by females from a considerable distance, often up to several hundred meters. Their ability to smell is enhanced by their forked tongue, which helps them pick up scent particles. This olfactory sensitivity plays a crucial role in finding mates during the breeding season. However, the exact distance can vary based on environmental factors and individual dragons.
dude its dead hahahaha
When a bearded dragon gets scared, a pouch near the throat inflates and darkens, so as to intimidate the foe. They also look like small dragons. Also the beardie is showing off. My beardie looks at himself while he is sunbathing and just blows out his beard to show how strong or good he looks. He loves me to talk to him when he does it. He is so funny !
Do you feed it by dropping food into the cage? If so, attacking your hand may simply be a conditioned response.
Pick it up.
