In the majority of cases nothing will happen as most snakes are not venomous, however it is still advised to go to hospital if you are unsure of the snake breed, or any aches, pains or dizziness occur. As most snake bites occur in the wild the snake will get away with it as it is hard to track them. Even for some domesticated snakes nothing will happen as it is in their nature.
