That depends on which lizard you are talking about. There are two enlarged "post-anal" scales just south of the vent on males, there is also a "hemipenal" bulge at the base of the tail on males. If the species in question happens to have a throat fan, if they display it, it's probably a male. Hope it helps :)
The color of a lizard's scales does not determine its gender. To determine the gender of a lizard, you would need to observe physical characteristics such as the presence of hemipenal bulges near the base of the tail. Another way is to have a vet perform a cloacal examination.
usally the girl lizard is bigger than the boy
The pronoun that would replace "the lizard" is "it." In English, "it" is commonly used to refer to animals, objects, or things when their gender is not specified or relevant. For example, instead of saying "the lizard is climbing," you could say "it is climbing."
The pronoun that takes the place of the noun 'lizard' is it.If the gender of the lizard is known, the pronouns used are he or she as a subject and him or her as an object in a sentence.Example: The lizard rested on a rock where it was enjoying the sunshine.
A lizardess.
check under it just after its tail it will have bumps if it has 2 bumps it is a girl if it has 1 bump its a boy i hope this helped you to find out what gender it is :)

Some lizards bite, and others don't. It depends on the species, gender, and I think even the individual. Probably any lizard can be provoked enough to bite, just as if you are careful, the odds are that you can go without getting bitten by a pet lizard for at least a long time.
No, a live lizard has not been a lizard pin.
A monkey lizard is a lizard and therefore a reptile.
