Any size really since there not real
The Flying Umbuku Lizard obtains energy from only very specific materials. The first of the materials is the Great White Shark, indigenous to the ocean. While only weighing 6 meters, and not being able to breathe in water, it is still able to swoop down to the murky abyss that is the deep of blue sea. However, on most Umbuku Lizards journey's down 300,000 milligrams, they get eaten, or drown, or are caught in fishing accidents. No Umbuku Lizard has ever successfully completed this journey which is why there are so few of them today. Another source of energy for the Umbuku Lizard is lunar rocks. These are most commonly on the moon or NASA space stations. But, they get them from your own backyard. Not really, that would not make any sense. But, since Umbuku Lizards do not live anywhere close to the moon or NASA space stations, they never lunar rocks so we don't actually know if they are capable of eating them. We can just assume. DRUGS The third thing the Umbuku Lizard will snack on is itself. Often times when the Umbuku Lizard cannot go to the moon or make the trip to the great white sharks, it will opt to eat its own wings. That is why most Umbuku Lizards lose their ability to fly and become regular lizards, that don't fly. The fourth and final thing that an Umbuku Lizard will eat is air. However, most Umbuku Lizards do not realize that they can do this. So, they wind up eating their wings off and once again become regular Lizards.

any where from an inch to over 28 feet (saltwater croc)

Stabilizing selection in lizards can be observed in species where medium-sized individuals have a survival advantage over both smaller and larger lizards. For instance, smaller lizards may be more susceptible to predation due to their inability to escape effectively, while larger lizards may face challenges in thermoregulation or mobility in dense vegetation. As a result, the population tends to stabilize around an optimal body size, maximizing survival and reproductive success. This selection pressure maintains the intermediate size range over generations.
A variety of insects, smaller reptiles and amphimbians ( depending on size ) and several plants such as grass and lettuce leaves.
It's probably not a good idea. Alligator lizards tend to feed on other lizards that are close to or greater than their own size.
