Carowinds is a fun amusment park on the North and South Carolina border. Around Halloween, they have Scarowinds which I only recommend ages 11 and up to go because it is scary. Here are some all time favorite rides Afterburn- This Thrill Ride is located in South Carolina and is the tallest in the park. You are hanging in the air while doing several loops and twists. You have to be at least 54 inches to ride. Nighthawk- On this ride, 75% of the time you are riding on your stomach. You go head first in many twist and turns while near a lagoon that looks that you will fall off (But you wont) You have to be between 54 inches to ride and 81 inches. Vortex- This is another Trill Ride but you are standing up on a bicycle seat. This ride is simar to Nighthawk with all the twisting. You have to be at least 54 inches to ride Carolina Cyclone- This is an adventure ride which takes you through two twists and two turns. You have to be at least 48 inches to ride. There are many more rides like Thunder Road or Drop Zone but i can only name a few. The Cobra-The Cobra is now open! It takes you up backwards then you go through a series of loops and then it will take you through it again backwards! You have to be 54 inches tall to ride. To see what this thrilling rie looks like please go to google and type in: The Cobra at Carowinds. Enjoy the ride☺ Have a fun time at Carowinds!!
