I think you mean kimodo dragon.. a kimodo dragon is a species of lizard that inhabits the islands of Komodo, Rinca, Flores, Gili Motang.
They are "komodo" dragons, not "kimono" dragons, and cancer isn't something that can be "caught." It isn't contagious. Any multi-cellular organism can develop cancer, including komodo dragons, but I was unable to find anything specific about komodo dragons and cancer.
if you mean kimodo dragons then i think that they are very distant relatives of actual dragons but in a sense yes, but they cant do everything a dragon can do
