Why did your bearded dragon puked up two balloons filled with pus?

First I have to ask if you are absolutely sure if they puked, for if you just discovered these two balloons in the cage that may mean that your dragon is laying eggs. They might do this regardless of if they have had a mate. If so than no biggie, throw the eggs out.

If you saw them vomit than I have to ask what you feed it and how often. That could be somewhat digested pinkies if you feed them those. That would be sensible and not to unfortunate. If so than give your dragon some time and in a week try feeding again. The mice may have been bad. It happens.

If your dragon eats only crickets or pellets, and it threw up balloons of pus, I would suggest taking it to a Herpetologist. Don't go to a regular vet. Most of them have no idea what they are doing when it comes to reptiles. That could be a very negative sign, however generally bearded dragons are hearty animals, so if this does not reoccur, it might have been a strange occurrence. Even reptiles get upset stomaches I suppose.
