Most snakes lose their appetite when they're shedding - simply because their eyesight isn't as good, due to the brille (transparent eye covering) clouding over. It's perfectly normal behaviour, and your snake should regain its appetite once it's shed.
If you get bitten by a King Snake, don't panic. Rub alcohol on it. It might burn after a while because the King Snake's saliva will start breaking down your skin. That's why you would want to wash it off asap. It wont kill you. They have no venom.
I'd think your snake is trying to shed. When snakes shed their eyes turn a cloudy blue and they don't eat. You should place a rock or stick in their to help it shed. I'm pretty sure your snake is dead if it hasn't eaten in three months.
It depends on the individual snake but most wont
