First, check the temperature of the tank. If he is not at the proper temp he may refuse to eat because he can't digest properly. If thats not it, try offering something different. Dubia roaches seem to be an altime favorite of beardies. Super worms, meal worms, wax worms, cricket and roaches are good live choices. Kake, carrots and especially yellow squash are a few veggies I've had success with too. Good luck to you and your beardie.
Oh, there's also the possibility of an impaction. You can soak him in slightly warmer than tepid water. This will help him move his bowels. If it's a bad impaction you can give him a bit of mineral oil. That usually sends it right through.
