the average per hour in around £5.80 (currently minimum wage in the UK) but per year if your a manager up to 25k or not a manager around 16k if your lucky.

the best place to be a barman is in restaurants where you will receive minimum wage, but also receive (if good business) £100 to £300 a week in service charge and tips.

hotels will pay considerably less amount. its very rare to receive service charge and tips in hotels. especially in the UK.

of course, this is based on just a barman. bar manager and bar supervisor will be more, but might not be by much.
