From my experience in holidays in France, you can buy beer from McDonalds (although I highly do not advise/recommend it) but it may vary from shop to shop as some are company-owned and some are franchised (to my knowledge).
In the UK however, there is NO Alcoholic Beverages sold in any fast food stores (thank goodness!)
I'm sure they probably sell some in places like Germany too but you should try researching it specific to which country you want to find out about.
