Yes, in fact they do. If you look at their website's list of ingredients (http://www.jackinthebox.com/pdf/Ingredients.pdf), you can search Monosodium glutamate and you will see that about 6 items on their menu all contain MSG.

Everyone uses MSG. Either in their sauces, burgers, buns, literally everywhere that is fast-food related uses MSG, so it's stupid to ask if so-and-so uses it. Look at their nutritional facts, look for the names:

Plant Protein Extract

Sodium Caseinate

Calcium Caseinate

Yeast Extract

Textured Protein

All of which are derived names that MSG hides under. At least one of those is bound to be in each and every item on their menu; especially their sauces.

One one fast-food-chain does not use MSG product in their meat - which is Arby's roast beef, however their sauces that top the sandwich, do contain MSG product. Just ask for no sauce - aside from this; Chipoltes and famous sit-down/carry out restaurant Pita Jungle do not use MSG at all in any of their foods.

Eat healthier...you'll avoid MSG and related flavorings/products.

Denny's does use MSG in some of their dishes. If you ask your server, they will bring you a list of all food items that can cause allergic reactions.
