14 year olds get student minimum wage. In Ontario, that is $9.60/hour. Tim Hortons will probably pay that much at the start, and increase as you go along.

I am 13 as well. I would say if you have volunteer experience and fit the application you can at least apply. I applied for a job there, so it never hurts to apply. but don't get your hopes up. they probably don't hire many people under the age of 14 or 15.
