Does the Subway restaurant use pink slime?

more then likely since their chicken breast is pretty much all pink slime.. if you really wanted to know just take some of the meat and look at it with some decent light shining on it. If it doesn't have any strands of muscle fiber at all or is smooth then yep.

I contacted their corporate office by email and received a reply indicating that I should look at the nutrition information on their menu. Of course that says they use beef. Pink slime can legally be labeled as beef, so I got no useful information. I replied to them that I just wanted an answer to my question of whether they use "pink slime" or "lean finely textured beef". I received another evasive answer.

Since they won't deny using pink slime, and since the manufacturer of it is still in business (so somebody must be using it on an industrial scale), I don't go there anymore. You should draw your own conclusion.

Not that I know of, however, I only work in the store itself, not where the food comes from.
