How do you fry a cheeseburger?

If you are cooking it, then the best way is to cook it on a bar-b-que grill that allows the grease to run between the grates. As you are cooking them on the bbq grill you can press down with a spatula and the grease will be squeezed out. But be careful, there is a good chance that the drippipng grease will flame up from the grill and can burn you.
There are several counter top grills that are on the market. One is named after a famous boxer and there are others that are also just as good. These allow the grease to run off the burger and into a catch pan.
If you are frying them in a pan, then you would need to place them on some paper towels on a plate when you finish frying them. This will absorb the grease from the burger. You will never get all the grease from the burger.
If you want no grease, they sell veggie burgers that are made from vegtables.

It is very simple, there are 2 ways to do it, all essentially the same but with different ingredients. Fast food way and my way (gives the meat it's own flavor without any sauces).

Fast food way: add canola oil just enough to shallow fry it and heat the oil (without adding anything) for half a minute, don't do it for more then 1 or else it can become dangerous (if it's shallow frying). If you want grinded meat and you have minced, just cut it while frying it by banging it with the edge of a cooking spoon, if not, just stir it. Fry until it's gray and let it fry for 1 more minute (for perfection) and voila, use it for whatever you need.

If you want my way, then use virgin olive oil (high quality) instead of canola oil and follow the above instructions then when it gets gray, add a good amount of salt and black pepper and whatever liquid sauce or spice you want then let it fry for 30 seconds and done.
