According to the powers that be in the health department, 1/2 to 1 hour. From everyday cooking and eating, you can thoroughly reheat it and eat it up to 36 hours later. The reheating kills any bacteria that has since grown. Of course, how dry it gets in the mean time should make the decision for you.
