Korean food is healthy. You see Chinese food, most of them are fried and all that stuff.

Korean foods is made of veggetabels, healthy soy products, fermenant foods, and whole grains,etc. Today, we eat burgurs, fries, etc, and you need to go on a diet, eating 1 burgur is like half of 2000 cals, if you go on a diet on Korean food, eat alot but still like 900 cals
