It is good or bad to eat the fast food and why?

It is bad for you'd it is all about moderation (control). If you eat it maybe once a week and are an active overall healthy person then it wont really do any harm to you'd if you eat it all the time, you will get fat and you will be unhealthy. Fast food is usually really high in fat and not the highest quality food nor is it the freshest or prepared in a clean environment (usually). It is also so bad because if you go to Wendy's the only it that is good is a salad. But in McDonald's the good things are diet COLA, chicken nugget, and many more. Even the salad in McDonald's is bad for you cause it has to much grease.Update: All fast foods restaurants can be unhealthy for you but they are not always unhealthy. Mc Donalds do serve other healthy choices of food. Chicken Nuggets are not healthy for you since it is cooked in frying oil which increases the fat content of the Nuggets itself. Most fast food restaurants do have salads and other healthy choices you can buy from. Also if you consume fast food at least once a week and have a good healthy workout program then that won't affect your health.
