What is katsumania?

Katsu is a type of food in Japanese culture, I believe it is many variations of breaded fish. The Mania part just means that its alot or a crazy amount of Katsu if you look in the link you see in all the pictures that its all katsu but they call the article "katsu-mania" because they were eating a bunch of it.
