What kind of food do people eat in Nebraska?

Beef! I live Nebraska and we eat allot of beef. Most Nebraskans are of German decent so we eat pretty basic meals. I live in Omaha which is a pretty big city so my meals differ from people out in western Nebraska. Allot of cows, corn, and wheat in Nebraska so almost all meals have Beef, milk, corn, and bread.

Breakfast:

-Eggs

-sausage or bacon

-toast

-Milk or juice

- bagels

-biscuits and gravy

Lunch:

-Sandwich

-deli meats

-more beef

-milk or pop

-yogurt

Dinner:

-Beef (steak or hamburger)

-Noodles

-pork

-Potatoes

-corn

-other vegetables

-bread

-chicken

-fish (in rural areas not so much)

-milk
