Dick's Drive-In Restaurants was co-founded in Seattle in 1954 by Dick Spady, Warren Ghormley and B.O.A. ("Tom") Thomas. In 1991, Dick Spady's family purchased the interests of Ghormley and Thomas. Since that time, Dick Spady has served as President of Dick's Drive-In Restaurants, Inc. which owns and operates five restaurants, all of which are in Seattle.
